Authentication of Documents in English

(e.g., birth certificate, diploma,...)

The document should be first certified from the Department of Sate, the Office of the Great Seal, Lansing, Michigan, and from the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. Then, the document should be mailed to the Honorary Consulate (900 Wilshire Dr., Ste 202, Troy, MI 48084) with the following:.

1. $7 in money order only, payable to: the Honorary Consulate General of Syria.
2. Self-addressed stamped envelope. Secure mail (Priority Mail, or Federal Express) is recommended.

Certifying requires 24 hours. Documents will be returned to applicant by mail only.

Authentication of Documents in Arabic

The document should be mailed to the Honorary Consulate (900 Wilshire Dr., Ste 202, Troy, MI 48084) with the following:

1. $5 in money order only, payable to: the Honorary Consulate General of Syria.
2. Self-addressed stamped envelope. Secure mail (Priority Mail, or Federal Express) is recommended.

Certifying requires 24 hours. Documents will be returned to applicant by mail only.
